Looking for VOIP provider that routes via AT&T

As I no longer have a POTS line at home, it's difficult for me to test traditional LD providers like AT&T, MCI and Sprint.

 

Is there a VOIP/SIP provider that routes through AT&T so I can do tandem testing? The infamous NPA-959-69xx testing.
