Searching VOIP provider

Hi,

I am looking for a voip provider which allows to set a custom caller id and allows to use predictive calling / autodialer software.

Can anyone say me where can I find a provider with this criteria? The provider can be offshore...

Or no provider is willing to do this knowingly....

Your best bet would be a business class VoIP service as doing it with a personal account will just get you banned from their service.

Ok, but which supports my criteria? I dont want to open 20 accounts with 50$ or so and none works like I described...

Don't worry about the type or volume of calling, instead focus on the calling patterns. At the end of the day, they really won't care what you are sending through, they are making money off it. One reliable provider states:

"Customers generating more than 500 daily call attempts will be subject

to the following requirements for NANPA (USA/CANADA) calls:

a) Minimum 45-second Average Length of Call (ALOC)

B) Minimum 70% Answer to Seizure Ratio (ASR)

c) Maximum 20% of traffic under 6 seconds in duration"

If you are e.g. wardialing or robocalling sequential numbers the problem is going to be your ALOC and calls under 6 seconds duration.

What is your expected call volume? I might have some suggestions.

Hmm, thank you for your comment. I think I will have a problem with a), B) and c)... are non-us/canada provider (offshore) more flexible with this? Can you recommend me a provider?

Have you found a solution for this yet, if not I could recommend a couple of providers, not sure if callwithus will accept dialer traffic however there are quite a few companies that would be happy to help you.

the rates for link2voip are at least 30% higher than your average supplier, which may not really be too much of an issue for a retail or low usage individual. The OP on the other had intends to use this service to run a predictive dialer which means really high volumes. SO this particular provider may not be the best possible solution for him. for cheap dialer traffic to US UK and AU he'd be better off with someone like a net4india.

I will suggest you to don't go for VoIP dialer as according new law for dialer calls from VoIP banned in most of the countries and various countries are in the process to ban VoIP calls! Today users focusing on dialers which can work on both telephony and VoIP. I will suggest you to go for 'My Sales Dialer' as it is a cost effective and the first VoIP cum telephony dialer, By this dialer you can call in several countries by telephony and if you wish you can use both VoIP and telephony simultaneously..
