fluxbox

So I just got a 1000HE and threw fedora core 10 on it...

I'm somewhat familiar with unix since I used OSX for a few years, and was no stranger to the command line, and I used debian for a while too.

I'd like to change the window manager to fluxbox, but can't find a good tutorial. (I "installed" it, IE I grabbed the packages with yum, but I have no clue how to tell Fedora to actually use it as my window manager. All the tutorials either only giver the yum commands or talk about customising it once it is all set up.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

From GDM, you should be able to define which session you want to use. Where this is or what you click kind of depends on what theme the Fedora GDM uses.

On this machine (kubuntu/xp) It has an option to choose "session" on the login screen. Switch that to fluxbox. But that's just this, i'm not sure if its the same for fedora because I never used it (even though I have a manufactured version of 10)
