*070000# -- Should make it fast...

*07 is the pincode command. 0000 is the invalid pincode but it speeded it up for me. I have an elevator command set--- in German -_- Maybe the commands are the same for US elevators? :X I guess I'll translate it in the near future.

Also: You need to press # every so often to make sure the connection is not terminated I think. This is because the elevator needs to make sure that the emergancy op is still there. :ninja: It will confirm that you are still there with a long beep. Then a short beep is bringing you back to the intercom system inside the elevator.

Note: My assumptions are based on that German command set I am talking about. They may be incorrect. I am sorry if they are. For all interested: The emergancy system for German elevators is called REM5, and is programmed via a DTMF phone.

BTW, if anyone wants some untranslated scans, pm me.

Sounds about right Zabadab, although, on the 401 number (supposidly brown university) it does a beep then a quick beep together every 30 minutes or so

Oh my, I called up that elevator, 810 732-9037 and like every minute or so, you hear this fucked up voice saying something, like really REALLY slow, it sounds like satan, but it says the same thing

When I called this number I heard a lot of assumed line noise, which pulsed somewhat. After about a minute I heard this:

elevator emergency on 309...

:ninja:

edit: It was a mans voice, somewhat quiet.

Delta Airlines:

800-221-1212 English

800-511-9629 Spanish

800-327-2850 Japanese

And the call center for the English number is in... you guessed it! India!

I found a few numbers last week and I am curious if anyone knows of their' use.

-------------------------------

866-721-5402 - Offers numeric entry only

866-721-5403 - Offers numeric and voice entries

-------------------------------

They appear to be voice mail boxes, but I'm not quite sure.

I'm not sure how to properly explain using this service so I'll give you

(Telephone Information Briefing Service)

Telephone recordings with weather data for frequently traveled routes or areas. These recordings are updated whenever there are significant changes in current or forecast conditions. TIBS recordings are available from 5:00 am - 10:00 PM daily and may be accessed through the Voice Retrieval System. TIBS does not include NOTAM?s and is not intended as a substitute for a specialist-provided preflight briefing.

BTW: what is the 'Voice Retrieval System' ?

I was Scanning 608-846 and I came across a huge section of the prefix that Pepsi owns, here’s a list of the voicemails that I have found so far, I still have to finish scanning that area. I haven’t tried anything on them yet, just called them up to see if they were there. Eventually I want to own the 608-846-1234 box; I’m thinking they left that VMB unsigned because it’s such a default number. Other than that, the automated message centers and the answering service is fun to fuck with.

I especially like the broken links, spyware popup, and ad popup.

Yea the broken links suck, but system sacrifice, the other guy that’s on the site, does all the coding, and he’s lazy, so blame him for the dead links. I just do the graphics and the audio. About the pop-ups, that what you get with free hosting, I’m working on my own server to solve that problem, and I hope you’re using Firefox or a good pop-up blocker.

I have run across a whole exchange of 800 and 866 forwards to AT&T Celly VMB's, so I am gonna scan out and see what is on default... if you want a defaulted box, let me know, good for Phreakers on the go! :grr:

Hmm, I thought 710 was toll free, but did you get charged for that call? I always thought there was only 1 working 710 number as mentioned in that article, almost making me think this might be some weird sort of glitch?

Yeah, not anymore, now it comes back as a pager number for an inspector at a Sheriff's dept. :omfg:

Oops.
