Posted January 2, 2004 no way, elevators except incoming calls? did you just pick up the phones and call an anac? I just found them from scanning and whatnot. There are tons of elevators out there that accept incoming calls. You can tell it's an elevator by the dinging when the doors open and close, and you can hear the echoing of the elevator as it travels up and down the different floors. Some of them will identify their location with a recorded message. i was telling decoder a few weeks ago that you can identify elevator phones this way. When you call one you will hear a short tone witch actully is dtmf whats the digits? 9-1-1...

Posted January 5, 2004 ii have this old shit that we used to use on tellme back in the day to place long distance calls. i wonder if it would work on there still. edit-it doesnt.Possibly. I know the main number 800-555-TELL has/had outdial, because they used to have a feature "Phonebooth" that allowed free 2 minute calls once a day.If you have a website that logs, you can make the number use a WAV file from your site, and get the servers IP address. I tried scanning the machines IP before but it was firewalled like mad and wouldn't reply to anything.
Posted January 5, 2004 Man this thread is getting pretty big... anyways i've been working on PnG's number directory for some time now. I'm still going to be dropping it soon. But i just wanted to let everyone know i'm going to take all the numbers in the thread and add them to the directory. And if someone could whip me up some ascii art for it? that could make it even more cooler since i can never make them look right :\
Posted January 5, 2004 I tried to make you an ascii logo, ic0n, but im not having a lot of luck... I'm sure that theres many people here wiht more artistic talent than me. But anyway, I'm going to finally finish up that list I've been talking about for months, and I promise to send it to you either later or tommorow... it'll probably have about 400 numbers give or take a few beacause I still have to verify about 100 of them.

Damn, i've called airphone number hundreds of times and never had any luck reaching anyone. You gotta figure that you dont know what plane its on, and you have to catch the plane while it has people inside.
Posted January 7, 2004 dude, if you see this post fast enough try and call the first plane number.
Posted January 8, 2004 (edited) I called it and something weird happened...It started off as it usually does: "Thank you for calling Verizon Airphone...your call is being routed to the aircraft."Si i let it ring out, and after about 10 rings, it repeated, "your call is being routed to the aircraft." I never heard that happen before. It rangs like 8 times, then repated it again. Then it only rang five times and gave me a message something like this: (not word for word)"your call cant be connected. eother the passenger has stepped away from their seat, or they are not registered to recieve calls. your phone number will be recorded and sent to them as a message" then it disconnected.I blocked my ANI of course with 10-10-288-0, so i guess the passenger is gonna call YOU back hacnslash! tell him i hope he had a nice trip and next time to answer the phone when a bunch of hackers are calling.
