Printing a Very large image

9 posts in this topic

I want to print an image that is to big for one sheet of paper. When i click print it will split it in half from the bottom. Now i am missing the complete right side of this image how do i also get that half to print. I tried cropping it and it didnt work. Oh fyi i am on a mac right now.

Here is the image: http://www.bloodelvesofwow.com/wp-content/.../08/azeroth.jpg

Rasterbator is not really suitable for something like that. There are places that do large format prints. Try copy shops and the like, it might not cost very much either. They might not print copyrighted materials though, not sure where that image falls.

Couldn't you just split it in two and use two pages and then just put them up on your wall next to each other, i'm assuming this is what you want to do from the content.

Resizing it to fit paper size in print options should work.

i would do that but the fonts on the image ar very small. Mabe i could switch it into 4 images?

Maybe you could just split the image in quarters with some image editing software (I'm sure Macs have something preinstalled) and print it out then?
