DATU SYSOP

15 posts in this topic

I heard of an option on DATUs where you can hang up some ones fone call from a datu, but my datu didn't have that option. so i figured it could be entered from the admin menu. To get in the admin menu, you need a 7 digit pass code, if your regular user passcode is 1111 than the admin pass is *2222222. I used it to activate the previosly not avalable option and ran a check of what prefixes this works at, added the prefix 555 (for the hell of it) to the list of ones it can connect to. There was another option about special trunks or something, but the machine was muttering. but i pusshed the number 2, follewd by 1, wait, 1, wait 1, themn i heard the words special trunk ( not in that order, there werwe other words. so i hung up.

anyone else done this before.

man did i just save my ass, and have a little fun.I went in the datu admin system agian, because i remembered i changed the pasword to my friends fone #. so i switched it back to *2222222. and my datu would only aloww up to 10 mins to keep test going, but now it goes to 99 mins ( iwould set it on 999 mins, but its too tempting and i would like useit on my friend when he pissed me off. after that i cleared all the usage logs. I'm safe, but can also mess with my friends line for hours now. :D:D:D
