Never Trust The Bell Manholes!

52 posts in this topic

OK, I go out of my house and go into downtown and find a bell hole. I open it up. i look down and because I am not smart, I don't throw a rock in, even though I see water and don't look around. And this gets even better, I see only one handle to climb down by, so by the look of it, it looks like a normal manhole that just has a bit of water in it. But my stupidity forgot that it rained for the past 2 weeks! With that said I just want everyone to know that I JUMPED in, feet first into 3 foot high water, and found nothing. But whats better is that I had to walk all the way home, take my clothes off and kind of wash myself off without waking up my dad! Luckily, I didn't get caught, but it didn't even give me any valuable information, and I almost got stuck in that deep dark WET manhole!! (Note: You may laugh or criticize me on this, I know, I need it...)

 But there is some seriousness here - manholes can potentially be dangerous. Be careful.

I was ok phreakblaze, I did have some trouble there, but earlier I found an open Verizon Van, but it had NOTHING in it!!! they must have taken everything in and forgot to lock the door, because there was nothing inside, not even a spool of wire!! Well, now I know how the Verizon trucks look on the inside. They must be retarded to leave the van open all night...

I think they just don't care (the linemen), cause they don't pay for the missing stuff. I should of had somehting in it though.

Mabey some other people cleaned it out before you get there :lol::lol:

Yeah, that makes more sence if someone already cleaned it out. The only thing left was some McDonalds Ketchup packets on the dashboard.

leave behind a old yackback, or have a tape recorder (handheld) and leave it on like a tape you don't need. Just make shure the recordind doesn't end and go to you saying your adress or something. (mabey your enemy's adress):D:lol::D:lol::D

LOL, nice one PB. You could also use a RadioHack Voice recorder, its only like 2 bucks. BTW, the Lineman's handset I saw in the other Van was yellow and Orange, so maybe it wasn't that old. Also, I went dumpsta diving and found nothing, considering I forgot trash came yesterday!

When me and my friend can drive. we are getting a van, that looks verizon. The stripe will be painted on, but the verizon sticker will actualy be a magnet on the side, will will use it to go in cans in plain day light. It will have a hard wood floor in the back, and you know how some verizon vans are long, ours will look like a long one.

Dude, I was actually going to do that, but with a Verizon truck, that could be pretty tight.

I don't like the trucks you won't be able to drive it to high skool. I will get one, but after collage (if bell doesn't get wiped out by cell phones)

Why wouldn't you be allowed to drive a truck to school? People drive trucks to our high school every day (considering Im not in high, but my sis is).

never seen a toyota. I don't think the personell that drive them are allowed to go in cans, and hook up phone lines at home. if a verizon van is just passing by then they might know. even if they are not going to that can. it might fool general public, but its a bit risky ;)
