The IAX2SIP Project

7 posts in this topic

Is your Asterisk box behind a NAT firewall? Disappointed that you can't make SIP calls? You need IAX2SIP! This service accepts incoming IAX calls and forwards callers to SIP URLs specified by the user!

This project took me about a week to do. If there are any bugs or issues let me know. Shouts to Strom Carlson for the Voice Prompts and marks for the web design!

Wow, I heard about this because some one was talking about it on telephreak. Even though I dont use asterisk or understand why SIP cant be used with a NATed firewall, good job!

*golf clap*

But, can I make a slight request and ask you to change the color scheme on that web page. I can hardly read it.

Perhaps its an RDP problem.

I can hardly read it.

You're right, I'm fixing it.

Fixed, check it out. Should work in any browser that understands

and .
