Thanks for pointing this out, Riscphree. Of course, everyone should be using Firefox anyway :P

Preferences -> General -> Uncheck Open Safe files after downloading.

Then you're all set, and don't have to deal with <tongue_in_cheek_> the horrible interface inconsistencies on the unfortunately not-so-great port of firefox on OS X</tongue_in_cheek> :P

No, everybody should be using Opera. See here. Opera has had like, 5 bugs since newer high 6.x builds. Which for the most part are all locally exploitable that don't even have working PoC's that do anything.

You all should be running a terminal with lynx or links (If you fancy frames) under a username that has no permissions on a remote box via ssh.
