  1. I do have access to the router. I've looked through the router browser with no avail. Any idea what section/etc they would be listed under?
  2. Is there any way to find what the local IP's are of the computers connected to the network? Thanks, Relyt
  3. On episode 56 of BRR, Stankdawg and Acidus talk about Stripesnoop and magnetic strips in general.
  4. Actually, on my dad's laptop, two mice worked fine. I can't quit recall what OS it was running, but it was Windows. Nothing special was needed for it.
  5. Well I'm currently in the process of 'fixing' it. I have it in about 25 pieces, and still can't find the laser calibration knobs, even using tutorials and such. It's really starting to piss me off now.
  6. Umm... What? Not exactly sure what the 'pot' is.
  7. Nope, I've already had that issue. This one is a black disk.
  8. The weird thing is, every Playstation 2 game I try works. It's just when I try a PS1 game it gives me an error. So is this still possibly the problem? Edit: I already tried cleaning the laser head with rubbing alcohol and Q-Tips. It still doesn't work.
  9. I wasn't really sure where to put this, so I figured I'd put it here. My problem is that my Playstation 2 will not play PS1 games at all. I get a "Disk Read Error". I've had this problem before, but I opened my case and kind of messed around a little bit, and it seemed to work, though I have no idea how. Has anyone heard of any possible reasons why this is? How can you fix it? I know it's a good CD, because it is a brand new game. I just took the plastic off. What do I need to clean and what do I use to clean it? Thanks, Relyt
  10. My brother had an one old BRR episode in his playlist. I saw it, and I saw that was really long, and I had no idea what it was, so I listened to it. At this point I searched for binary revolution radio on google and there it was. So really, it was my brother who introduced me to it.
  11. Hello... I'm a complete idiot when it comes to hacking, but maybe someday i'll learn . I'm in the process of learning C++, it's going pretty well. I love it! BinRev is amazing! I love the radio show, HackTV, and everything. I love the forums too. Thanks to my bro for introducing me to it. Yay. Umm... I'm 14 and a male from the Midwest USA.
  12. The point is not that you aren't making money. It's the fact that he is losing money from potential buyers.
  13. Alright, that clears that issue up. What about the book question though?
  14. Yup. Actually on one old BRR episode, Stankdawg and his co-host we're talking about that. It believe it was either 18 or 19.
  15. Hmm, I see. So an enum isn't really a data type? It doesn't actually store the data. I think I got it now. Thanks. Alright Ohm, thanks for the insight on inline functions. I'll play around with the command line arguments and see what I can come up with. So can anyone point me towards a book that covers as much as possible. Everything from the beginners C++ to the depths of the language. What book will give me the most for my money?
