  1. For patching WinXp to allow 3rd party themes, I'd use something like UXTheme Multi-patcher. As far as good theme sites go, I like www.lightstar1.com.
  2. It depends on what kind of a router you have. I've read that there are some routers (such as the Linksys WRT54G) that allow you to install 3rd party firmware which, among other things, can control bandwidth on a per-port basis.   3. I use an Airnet ABT201 bluetooth adapter. It was cheap and works well, at least for my cellphone.
  4. Another good place to submit these links to would be the Fried Phish site at Castlecops (http://www.castlecops.com/pirt). They add all the verified phishing links to a database and even contact the ISPs to try and get the places shut down.
  5. Just wanted to say Hi to everyone. I'm interested in pretty much all types of hacking/phreaking, so I'm looking forward to learning new things and helping out when I can.
