  2. I'm looking for good/reliable software for decoding DTMF signals within audio files, mp3 preferred. I used to work with Spectrum Analyzer Law Enforcement which has very nice interface but operates only on wav files and mostly sux on decoding. Can you recommend me something better for Windows platform ?
