  1. My town is served by a GTD-5, but I'm new to the phreak scene and not really sure what different things to try or record. If you guys have anything you'd like to know or try, let me know and I'll record it.
  2. http://www.milw0rm.com
  3. I'm in Verizon territory and I found mine by scanning the 959 prefix, more specifically the 959-111x range. I found an ANAC and a milliwatt on this range as well.
  4. Someone who enjoys learning about, playing with, and exploring the telephone network. Wikipedia
  5. I read that thread earlier this morning, thats why i said i DONT want to 'Crack'. Which is doing with malicious intent right ? There is a difference between Hacking and Cracking, hacking is gaining information. All i wanna know is , can you put scripts etc in your profiles . Why don't you try it yourself and see if it works? Part of hacking is finding things out yourself, not just using what everyone else has found. Try different things and see what works and what doesn't.
  6. I believe he is referring to this thread. For future reference, questions asking how to hack these sites are generally frowned upon.
  7. I don't have any experience with it myself however, I've heard Vector Linux performs well on old hardware.
  8. You don't actually have to watch the webcasts. I just clicked then download link, and closed the video when it started. I got my copy within 2-3 weeks. It's nice to have a legit copy sometimes.
  9. I'm 16 and I can hear it perfectly, up close and from far away. It gives me a headache if I listen to it long enough.
  10. Thanks for the help. Here are the numbers. 1. (574)722-9999 2. (574)722-0007 3. (574)722-0000 4. (574)722-9908
  11. 1 2 3 4 The first one sounds like a modem, but I could be wrong.
  12. I've recently gotten into scanning, and the whole phreak scene for that matter. While scanning today, I came across some strange noises on various numbers and I can't identify them. Could someone assist in identifying them, or point me somewhere that would help me indentify them?
  13. I found this number recently and I'm not sure what it is, (574-722-0099). A female recording says, "Enter the numbers you wish displayed.", followed by three short beeps. After you enter some numbers there's a longer beep, then the same recording saying "Thank you". After that, you are disconnected. Anyone know what this might be?
