  1. Olympics, right? <.<
  2. When every option seems to fail, it's usually safe to assume that it's a mobo problem. It's a last ditch effort, but have you tried clearing your CMOS yet? Not sure what settings you have all messed around with, but it may help. Oh, and I didn't see it anywhere, but did you do any overclocking? Funny thing about a motherboard is that you don't really notice it when it's working, and when it's not working, you jump to blame all the other hardware. After dealing with way too many faulty cheap-o motherboards, I figured out that putting an extra $40 or $50 in a nice motherboard saves you a ton of headaches down the road.
  3. See if you can get a job working in your colleges Networking or It department. I'm hoping for a position at my University's Help Desk, which should get me escalated privileges. Plus it's always nice to be on the good side of the guys who would otherwise expel you if you got caught doing something "naughty" on the networks...
  4. So, am I wasting my time hoping for a CDMA iPhone? At $200, I may just have to switch over to AT&T... but it's so much more expensive than the plan I'm on right now. Oh well.
  5. You may want to look into the new Turion X2 Ultra AMD chips if you're looking for performance. I've been holding off getting a new laptop until I can see the benchmarks on the things, but it's looking promising, and they seem priced to sell. The chip is supposed to be extremely power efficient as well. Expect to see them hit the market in the coming days. Hopefully they hold up to the hype.
  6. It's the Verizon ice cream truck!! Watch as all the phreaks run outside and chase it.
  7. I've gotten v2.0 to work perfectly in WINE, but if I remember correctly, I couldn't get the newer version to work.
  8. You could sneak into their house and jump out from under their desk.
  9. No not that I can think of, I think a while ago you could Buffer Overflow AIM (not sure if that signed others off). 3 or 4 years ago I know that buffer overflows were pretty simple to do, and it crashed their client (and as a result signed them off). I am pretty certain that AOL fixed the problem, but I haven't messed with it anytime recently.
  10. Bitches had me scared, I only had my domain for like 2 months and I got an invoice for $130 in my inbox. At least we know Dreamhost employees are human.
  11. http://www.hope.net/ They had to schedule it right in the middle of my backpacking trip in Montana. I guess I can only hope (no pun intended) that it really isn't the last one...
  12. SIG's anyone? Some FBI accountant is being fired as we speak.
  13. Wow, it is a sad for pay phone users everywhere. On the bright side, everyone and his dog will be able to purchase their very own pay phone now.
  14. You have winpcap, right?
  15. Look over at Irongeek's site, he has a open source keylogger than you could use. I never remember having any trouble with my ISO being too large either, so I don't know what they are talking about. As for a script to run it, just make a simple autorun file for when you insert the flash drive.
