  1. I'm totally down.
  2. :-* Lol.
  3. Hmm... "# milw0rm.com [2009-07-20]" Ruhroh. Good info, maybe I should switch my 2 routers to something else. :3
  4. There are a few packages out there to make gtk apps use qt themes, however most of them have weird graphical issues. They looks alright generally, but sometimes scrollbars will get fucked up or other minor annoyances. Hmmm, well. I used gtk2-engines-qtcurve and gtk-qt-engine. No improvement. Makes me tear. Hah! Got it, the first place I should have checked. The gtk settings, I just hadn't activated the packages I downloaded and installed. It was a quick, select, then ctrl+alt+back. And it's all look'n shmexy.
  5. He did some 1337 wardialing too. I didn't do it, just fyi. That's sToRm, he's somewhere on binrev. He also is a big part of GNY. :3

  7. It's not a question about if some numbers are better than others. The whole point of scanning, or war dialing is to find out useful information. You could scan a block of numbers, and find out say xxx-xxx-xxx is a fax or a dial in modem or something. An example of war dialing, would be like dis. *Shrug*
  8. Oh, and not trying to double post it wouldn't lemme' edit my post. But, I was going to say. I also just use a-z A-Z 0-9 long passwords, for all the websites I'm on. And it's a pain when I'm anywhere else, for instance. I was at Well's Fargo setting up a bank account, and they said they'd make a money order for me, and all this stuff to purchase something off newegg (My credit card wasn't working, but I had the money) Long story short, I look like an ass-hat because I don't know my newegg password after all the work they did for me. (I just made another account at the bank, fyi. Lol)
  9. I just recently saw this on an episode from Hak5.org, good find. (KeePass, that is.) I've been using it for about 2 weeks, good stuff.
  10. There has to be some of you out there, under some rocks. C'mon. Don't be shy.
  11. I agree, but...you do still consider look/database type for collections/etc right? I think that's the point of this post/thread. All he said was audio player. That doesn't necessarily entail a full-blown database of your entire collection. I just click and drag files to a playlist. It's surprisingly easy. I used Amarok for a while when I was on KDE, and it was great while it worked. Some of my files don't have such great ID3 tags though, so I ended up wasting a lot of time cleaning those up. It also broke down from time to time. I tend to avoid these now, and use whatever simple player I have at the moment. Ah, forgive me then for my rude-ness. Lol. I'm just used to files, all over the place. There's no way I couldn't live with a full blown database. :3

  13. I'm with you, though I'm not a fan from switching from xine. Same thing with phenon, or whatever it's called. I'm actually on 2.x atm, due to the fact in Debian I had troubles getting my Audigy 2 ZS working with alsa, in the old amarok since I had higher alsa drivers than before. I don't know, regardless. 2.x takes shit daily, by everyone. But, you have to give them credit where it's due. (Even though there were pretty much all the same features in 1.4.x, w/ the script installer.) :3 Anywho. I'm giving you a thumbs up. Lol. *Dance*
  14. Anyone out there from San Diego? Maybe we can get a meeting together?
