  1. Hello all, So, wifi, it's just alot of packet flowtiong around. so, it's possible to catch some packet. Packet contains frames withs contains bit code. So It's possible for someone to capture the packet, change the context, an then resend it?

EDIT: after looking at what ethload is the problem is quite apparent. It was last updated in 1994 and probably needs an NDIS layer written for Win95. Just use wire shark or get a trial version of Colasoft's Capsa. Well then this book is stupid :S from 2008... but thx for the help. think im going with wireshrak then

Hey there. i got this book on tcp/ip thats gonna learn me about the tcp/ip protocols. it want me to download ethload from a ftp server, i have done this. but when i try to run the ETHLOAD.EXE it just pop-up a dos box, an disaper again before i can se anything. so i try cmd into it. i got this huge massege. an i got no idea what to do. anyone know what there is worng? /dach - Sry for my bad spelling.

Hey all i have just totalt change to liunx,( ubuntu on this laptop ) an i was wondering, if there is a program like cain out there that can sniff network packet. like amsn chat, an password, an just sniff everything on the network to get a bether idea of what is beging us to? I was lookin on wireshark,. but look realy hard to get a good use of. so anybody that can help me? if wireshark is the best one, then anybody got some books or anything about how to learn to use it? thx for your time, an sry for my bad spelling,.
