This might be a longshot, but are there any jumpers on the drive? If so, they may need to be reconfigured as the master drivei got this old ass presario 1010, and i picked up a new HD for it this weekend, a 10 gb one. well, i knew i wouldnt get the full drive size, but fdisk didnt even see the drive. i tried some other utils, to no avail. either the drive is fucked or the bios is not reading it at all. what do u guys think?
