have to correct something. imovie DOES export into mpeg 4 and avi, along with a few other formats, not just QT. sorry to say this now, i only found it after digging around areas i thought were quicktime only.

You'll also have to disregard my rambling about using QuickTime Pro to export to AVI in my other post too. I was in iMovie2 on my lappy when I was writing that. I opened up iMovie3 (that I have yet to use) on another machine and sure 'nuff....tons o' export options.
