isn't proxy cap a tunneller? and i have read that tunnellers can still be logged through a corp proxy. most tunnellers are used to run AIM or somekind of program that is blocked by the proxy. i also think there was an arty in 2600 about tunnellers

Proxy Chains is also so a tunneller. i believe the only way to surf anonymously is through a proxy rather than a tunnel

To be sure, I've never used ProxyCap, found at

http://proxylabs.netwu.com/proxycap/

proxychains, found at

http://proxychains.sourceforge.net/

is a program that strings proxy servers together to obfuscate originating IP. It can also be used for tunneling. But then so can SSH.

Thanks dual I thought you would like it.
I started out looking for a Telco Chick but really didn't find
anything that was any good. I happened to come accross
this and thought it would rock.
