I just read Dual's most recent article (Have Tone Dialer- Will Travel) that mentions gear. I want to clarify - is a IC Recorder the same as a digital recorder? I've seen small digital recorders at radio shack and i'm not sure if that is what he is referring to.
Then again i just did a quick web search on IC Recorders and it looks as if they can get pretty sophisticated - http://aes.harmony-c...PR/DN-F20R.html
I guess i could use a recommendation on a basic model.
I think this digital recorder at Radio Shack - Catalog #: 14-1191

Yeah, IC recorder = digital recorder. I personally use the Sony ICD-35 IC recorder - 16 mins record time, time and date stamping, file capabilities.
