I went to hackquest.de and was doing some missions and came to one that required you to spoof you browser to "AOL 5000" and after that is says
---
"You are using the new 'AOL 5000' browser! God I love you.
Uuuhh... one more little thing. Start using MS-DOS please.
My site can only be viewed from MS-DOS computers."

and i dont know wtpoo its talkin about

Not an expert here, but I'm gonna assume it means that you gotta telnet into it...just a hunch. But if you get far enough, I'm sure you've passed that kinda stuff. Never used that sites hacking games before, so I really can't be sure.

OK, I just beet that mission. I used firefox and a extension to spoof the user agent called User Agent Swicher. The user agent I put was "AOL 5000 (MS-DOS)" and it worked fine. :jawa:

about 5 or 6 years back, i found some strange hacking website, that wouldn't serve you if you used any known browsers, so you had to telnet in and give them a strange user agent name
