Every time i try to login as "anonymous" through FTP it asks for a password (email) and it doesnt allow me to type anything.....

And I wanna know if your able to connect to another persons computer usin their IP adress through FTP

Is it telling you to enter a password before or after you try to connect, put an email adress in the pasword box before trying to connect.

Connecting to someones computer via ftp can only happen if they are running an ftp server, and even if they have a server running doesnt mean you'll be allowed to connect.

As soon as you say anonymous, it says "don't bother with the password, I'm not letting you in anyway."

They must be running an FTP server or daemon, and they must not be restricting outside connections
