Anyone had any luck making a wifi card with the evil Realtek 8081 chipset work with Kismet? Or Should just throw this crappy card away and get a prism2 based card?

I implore you not to throw it away. I despise when people throw out hardware, especially good working hardware that I could have. but, to answer your question, Realtek seems to be a SWR (Software Radio) in the same sense that some modems are WinModems. Unless somebody adds rfmon to Windows drivers for it, then the NDISWrapper group take advantage of those drivers, and then Dragorn decides to implement using that, I doubt you'll be able to use your card with Kismet -- But don't throw it away.

Some Sage advice Semen.
I may retire this card to netstumbler duties and get a real card for my kismet needs! :)
