Holy fuck space shuttle blows up, too bad man, now they're gonna take forever to get them back up into space, last time ('86) they flew after 3 years passed since the challenger explosion.

and to think I (along with everyone else watching NASA TV) was listening to them talking to NASA etc just a few hours earlier :(

Many exec's of the space programs are vowing not to slow down their programs but launches will be delayed to find out what went wrong and to fix it.

Let's not forget about the ISS. there are still 3 people on that space station.

My heart goes out to their families. This is a sad day for science and space exploration.

The march 1 atlantis launch will probably be delayed if not canceled, I wonder if they're gonna use the soyuz escape vehicle to get back down...sad sad day for everybody, this is definetly gonna slow down the buidling of the iss :(
