i want to connect to a irc server threw a proxy or anything that won't show my isp when someone 'whois' me.

sorry about the double post but my old isp is going threw some wack crap so i have to use my gayol account

and well everyone knows how much aol sucks.

you can always use a shell. there are some free shell providers out there.
