Does anyone know of a really good hardware moitoring app. I'd want something that measures temperatures, especially my cpu, nut also fan speeds and if possible hdd speed. I don't want one that will let me set anything (fan speeds), cause I know to little about my system to change stuff like that (yet). I've tried Speedfan (i think 4.06) but I didn't really like it, the interface is not that intuitive. And every time I start it up all three fans in my case just go crazy at full velocity, it sounds like there's a 747 under my desk, so any suggestions welcome ^_^

Not sure about your hardware, or even it it's hardware dependant, but Asus makes an awesome hardware reporting utility - it will even allow you to set parameters to set an alarm off for you.

But, like I said, not sure if it's tuned to asus hardware specifically or not.
