Half of the numbers in here seem to work if you want to have a chat with a switchman.

BTW: I called the 5E OSPS in Houston and Intercept came on. :/

Sorry but what is intercept?

I called my local CO and just a lot of toned played.

What I meant was Intercept 'message'.... the announcement that comes on when one dials an incorrect number or when the call can't be completed as dialed.
