Hi,

I have done following things.
1. I have took a file around 50mb.
2. I split it to 500kb files.
3. Encrypted it with AES with different key for each different chunk.
4. I read the each byte of the each chunk and map it to RGB values. (3 bytes for one pixel) and generated a image.
5. The I have created a file called map file with keys. The person with the map file only can decrypt the chunks and combine them in proper order.

I want to add more feature and find out how to make my technique useful

Please give me your feed backs.

Are you trying to hide the data in existing images (steganography), or are you just producing random-looking images from it?

Hi   System_glitch,

Thanks for the reply.

I was thinking both. But My main target is to generate random-looking image. Such as static in the TV.

I like the idea, a good frontend would be a next step. Something to make it a little easier to manage the file chunks you've been sent and the map files you can access. Maybe map files could implement a timer as well? For example, one user may receive a ten minute map to view a group message whereas another using may receive a 30 minute map. This would be useful if you wanted to send encrypted video chunks and allow for some users to watch more of the video than others. There's a lot of cool stuff you can do with this, I'd love to see the code!
