I wanted to know if you guys can identify a phone signal I got:
If you jump to the "TONE STARTING" marker, you'll hear some kind of modem-like sound repeated three times... does anyone know what that sounds means? Is it waiting for some kind of input?
Thank you very much!
Ok, I think I should explain better. This wiki explains in details our "operation": http://otp22.referata.com/. Long story short, we found a weird phone number that sounded like a number station and we've been decoding stuff out of that phone number for a while. In the latest "twist", they have been transmitting messages in ITA2, which pointed to the phone number I linked above. The ITA2 message on that phone was decoded as:
My guess is that I have to enter the agent code after that modem-like sound. And, indeed, when I type something after that, I get some kind of response from the phone system (check the difference in the end):
So, well... I was thinking maybe you guys could help identify all the modem-like sounds? What do they mean? Specially this last one, after I entered the 99286 code (check the notes).
Any help is really appreciated. Thank you!
Ok, I just realized someone named 0004 dumped one of our wiki pages on a post earlier. I don't know who he is, but the page he dumped is this one: http://otp22.referat...iki/Agent_Codes
