what is the best way to share und publish own files? Does emule, torrent and edk do this job? Exists there server(services) to share my small collections with the world?

BitTorrent is a great way to distribute legitimate, legal content. Many Linux distros distribute through BitTorrent to lessen the load on their servers.
If you're sharing a single archive or project file, RapidShare is also a pretty good option. For really small shares, like source code, I often use pastebin, or Github if I want it to be something more permanent.
