Wikipedia says it all, they moved it to a few new numbers. 800-CALL-411 seems to be unchanged, and still on an AT&T account rather than Global Crossing.

So why do you suppose they're doing this? If they're getting enough traffic to busy out a whole Global Crossing facility, it might be they wanted to shake some of it off - I'm sure running a toll-free number with such a huge volume isn't cheap.
