 Is it possible for a spin of 186,000 miles per second, holding a liquid nitrogen cooling system surrounding a shell with a human inside????
Beats me, but hey if you wanted to practically "stop time" around something you could always store it at a temperature of absolute zero .
To reach that you'd need liquid helium, and some crazy laser-cooling technology.
