But this dialer, what does it exactly?, i mean, is an app for phones or a web-app?. Sorry if it is a silly question, but english isn't my main language and i'm not understanding some of the posts in this thread.

It's a wardialer for windows-based computers using a cellphone. I guess you know what a wardialer is. See ya

Oh cool. I put together a pretty nifty dialplan for asterisk to handle multiple users with random callerid, random trunk selection capabilities, with multiple modes of use.. AE autodial mode, nxx scan mode, line scan mode. -When I get back in, I'll get it shared.
