this is totally illegal device, however, this device looks legit (not sure about the supplier tho). 3 watts is a lot of output.

after looking hard at this website i've determined its sketchy. If I were to make an order, I'd make a test order first.

Not many reviews on this website. They seam to have other sites that work for them selling laptop batteries.

If you want a cellphone jammer try DealExtreme, I got one from them for about $20 (free postage), and it works like a charm.

PS, I'm in Switzerland so I don't know about your laws, but for your own good, make sure you do.
