Edit: I just tried this. By default u can only poke friends and friends of friends now. Sorry.

If you're lime trying to meet this chick, you're really going about it the wrong way. If you try to "hack"'her Facebook, you're gonna come off like super creepy, and scare the hell out of her !

You can poke anybody on Facebook! I do it all the time to meet girls on there...
