good stuff, even if there are some inaccuracies, such as claiming go-phone is an MVNO of AT and T and boost mobile an MVNO of sprint.. defining MVNO as "economy prepaid service" on page 8, although they do provide a slightly more accurate definition of MVNO on the following page.

i also like how "determine needed records & legal process required" is the LAST thing that it tells you to do... shouldn't that be the first thing to check..
