The Tor project is for you! It helps you defend against a form of network surveillance that threatens personal freedom and privacy, confidential business activities and relationships, and state security known as traffic analysis. But beware, that google can still track you, cuz your browser still saves cookies, so instead better use http://scroogle.org/, this is google search engine. but without ads, and tracking cookies. Or https://duckduckgo.com.
At tor homepage http://www.torproject.org/ you will find all what you need to know, and how to start using it. If you use firefox, then you can download tor button add-on. If there is any question, write. :)
