Does anyone have a username and login to access this site. Their registration has been closed forever...

Also does anyone know a good technique for creating perforated images for a novelty id? The new texas one has an outline of the state of tewxas that when held up to a light source can be seen. There are also raised letters which would be hard to duplicate with lamination. As for lamination i believe its still TXP but i'm not sure where to buy that perf doesnt have any.
