I have a friend without downloading any software on my cell phone hi can
hack my voice mail and sms can used my cell to call another cell
hi also called from bank of america phone number and the 911 I wonder if this
some software does give any link if is possible

The only thing I can think of that can do this would be some kind of bluetooth hacking. Try turning off bluetooth and see if he can still do it.

I don't know very much about bluetooth hacking, but Super Bluetooth Hack is the only thing I could find that can do this.

Also, he's probably breaking the law by calling 911 on your phone.

Well i know on android you can change your phone number by using a free app called spoof my call, also it has a paid version. Free version advertises and only 2 min calls.
As far as taking over your phone... what type of phone is it? Must be a smart phone....

Yeah!! this is the software ....i have used it but not for anything illegal, was curious "Did it really works??". You just have to switch on the Bluetooth of other person and the "Super Bluetooth Hack" does the rest.
