Well fail Any ideas? it said this when i did the above command in terminal

E: Type '--00:38:21--' is not known on line 1 in source list /ect/apt/sources.list.d/winehq.list

I am going to try to download VLC, but i kinda wanted to use all the linux programs for abit... fail so far.... Konquero doesnt support flsh past adobe flash 9 lol....Ill try VLC but i might be double posting cause im not positive on how to get the thing downloaded. My KDE unpacker or w.e it is called doesnt seem to want to work lol.

Edit: Here is my error when i tried to get banshee:
The APT Database could not be opened! This may be caused by incorrect APT configuratio or similar problem. Try running apt-setup and apt get-update in terminal and see if it helps to resolve the problem.

Alrighty and now for apt-get update and apt-get in terminal:

elliott@dookie:~$ apt-setup
bash:apt-setup: command not found
elliott@dookie:~$ apt-get update
E: type '00:38:21--' is not known on line 1 in source list /ect/apt/sources.list.d/winehq.list

Now im not to good with linux, but why is it the danged thing is looking for a list in wine? I thought i got rid of wine,

I am trying a full reinstall of kubuntu and we will see how it works.
