found a scan that was done in 2009....
was not going to bother posting anything about it, until I noticed this: 516-670-9901 - dial tone
NOTE: I did not verify that all of these numbers still do the same thing that they did in 2009 before posting this.
anything that was labeled as either carrier, fax, data or some other variation is listed as carrier/fax? on this list, because the remote equipment has not been verified (and like i said, i did not recheck this list in entirety) I did listen to most of the error recordings posted below, because they sounded interesting... most of the numbers left out were either verification lines, VMB, PBX, NIS, RNA or for some reason or another not worth typing out, however if you want the whole 3,000 numbers, I Could always do a spreadsheet, but i don't see the point, perhaps just a spreadsheet of working numbers... come to think of it, we should set up a google doc file to add numbers to that everyone can edit...
the scan consists of 718-NXX-9901, 212-NXX-9901 and 516-NXX-9901
most of these numbers are just verification lines, but there are some interesting things:
