Ok well I thought I found some party lines (0134-0136) but they were just pr0n lines, but 813-386-0137 is the talkee.com party line stuff(i think) anyway. heres the numbers I messed with

I didn't know it was cellular, because telcodata told me it was a DMS 100, but strom later told me it wasn't. It's actually a pretty interesting switch, it's small, and if there is a lot of traffic you get the "all circuits are busy" recording.

hey against me dont post full scans with lots of uninteresting numbers in here. someone else did it before and the moderators made them edit it to just the interesting numbers (like carriers or test lines)

also why would you scan a cellular exchange? its pretty pointless.

Here's a weird number I found in my files this morning: 508-753-1517. When you call this number, it will ring about 3 or 4 times, then it picks up and plays some DTMF tones. After it's done playing the DTMF tones, wait a few minutes, and someone will come on the line. Kinda strange.

I was thinking. It would be interesting is if we looked at some old text files (i.e. this old gem) of scans and numbers from back in the 1980s and early 1990s, and call the numbers and make an up to date text file of what those numbers are in 2004.

I love reading old text files with scans and phone numbers, and actually dialing up the numbers in the files. I'm often surprised when I dial up a number from those old files, and the number is still the same! It's just a feeling I cannot describe.
