I didn't know it was cellular, because telcodata told me it was a DMS 100, but strom later told me it wasn't. It's actually a pretty interesting switch, it's small, and if there is a lot of traffic you get the "all circuits are busy" recording.

i've run into some cocots that do that. maybe you got it to ring and someone picked up.Here's a weird number I found in my files this morning: 508-753-1517. When you call this number, it will ring about 3 or 4 times, then it picks up and plays some DTMF tones. After it's done playing the DTMF tones, wait a few minutes, and someone will come on the line. Kinda strange.

doesn't that numbers color for testing change everyday?.Got this number (1-800-213-8378) off some message board - it takes a while to answer but when it does it says "color for testing is Black"
