I need some help... Well actually my friend does but I’m trying to help him. He likes Runescape (a horrible game) a lot, and he has a Dell XPS 710 and he has all the updated java software, but whenever he tries to play the game runs java and his computer bestows upon him the blue screen of death. The file that causes this is "NV4-disp". I'm semi-technologically savvy so I have tried to run virus software’s (spybot, AVG, and anti-malware) none have worked so can anyone help?

Um, this looks legit enough. ;)

edit: If they are out of date, you obviously don't have to give them money to download their drivers...

What is your graphics card?

Alright, it looks like a driver problem, so your next step would be to uninstall and reinstall the drivers.

I've changed the topic to something meaningful. In the future, please use something more descriptive than "Help?" as your topic.
