There are so many anonymous servers out on the .gov arena. Now .mil that would be something even cooler.

FTP servers in the military domain is not uncommon considering it is mostly used for quick transfer of generic non classified information.

Looks like that site was last updated in 2003, any interesting information is now likely obsolete.
