IT Departments -not hackers- may be the biggest security threat, according to a survey by UK consulting firm DefCom.  The survey of senior tech managers reports that system upgrades and application integrationopen up more security holes than malicious hackers.

so basically admins open their system up to holes?
well i mean...this took a research team to figure this out? it's the admins who install the things that "malicious" hackers exploit correct?
