I've been a part of ScratchDrive for awhile, its a nice community. Lots of code-wise activity, and a LOT of IRC activity. Its nice; THey have an extremely cheap hosting solution too.At ScratchHosting. I like it, and theres never a dull moment. I just thought I'd give it a mention.
