Learn to program, learn the ins and outs of the system you're using.
Start thinking... what would happen if???
Find the answer, and continue your search in every way possible.
Oh, by the way... google.com is a great start. If you have specific questions,
then we can help with that.

There are pros and cons to both, but I love the tinkering that inherently comes with using Linux.

You can run Linux from within Windows or vise versa... you might wanna look into emulation like vmware.
Also, you can have both on the same computer by way of dual booting the system. You will have to choose
which operating system to boot into when you turn on the computer though.

Hmm...what about the copyrights on most of those? Other then that, and the fact that you are reading on a computer (I always like hard-copy), that site is awesome.

I believe they were made free by their authors. Some websites include copyright notice that tells you that you can freely redistribute the book.Hmm...what about the copyrights on most of those? Other then that, and the fact that you are reading on a computer (I always like hard-copy), that site is awesome.

Some of us don't have printers, or that much ink/paper.I HATE reading PDF's on the computer. I always try and print everything out so I can read it over and over and over again without being in front of a screen.
