Miche'le has the right idea, the grass area by the concert in MP would be good. We could do some outdoor WarWalking\Scanning next time. If I can find my pigtail I can bring my cantenna and we can scan for WIFI and point it at tall buildings to see what we find.

I think our problem with the last meeting was that we had one just to have one, we didn't really do much other than "hang out" but I bet if we come up with a schedule and some "hacking" activities that the next meeting would be really well. Also since it will be after Defcon, many of us will have stories of Defcon and other cool stuff. So it should be a lot more intresting.

I'm assuming there was a great deal of people at the bean as there always is in Millenium park.

May I suggest we participate in Bluejacking and Bluesnarfing related activities?

I think that is a valid thing to try as well. So everyone bring their bluetooth\wifi gear. I have some antennas that work in the bluetooth specturm, just not real connectors for it. I suppose we could make it work some how on some USB dongles or something.

Saturday the 18th. (every third saturday of the month) But i cant make it, again. I know I can make the september one, unless my new school schedule has me have a class on Saturdays... then i have to come in a little late from Mount Prospect.

- Meeting Time: 2.00pm - Approx. 7.00pm
- Meeting Date: Thrid Saturday of the month (8/18/07)
- Place: Millenium Park

Meet by the bean like last time. We are planning on hanging out on the concert green and
working with wifi technologies. Bring laptops, wifi cards, bluetooth enabled devices, and
anything else you can think of.

Also the time changed to 2PM instead of 1pm. Show up early if you want, most people wont
be there.

I was busy in Lafeyette IN. I drove a constant 110mph and higher, and it still took nearly 2 hours each way. How was the meeting? If I comitted to driving with someone (kn0x backed out on the lift), I would definatly have made it.
